2026 KSEP Annual Meeting

Advancing Human Performance: Bridging Science and Practice in Exercise Physiology

The Korean Society of Exercise Physiology (KSEP) is pleased to announce the 2026 KSEP Annual Meeting,

which will be held from April 9 (Thursday) to April 11 (Saturday), 2026, in Yeosu, Republic of Korea.

This annual international conference aims to disseminate the latest research findings and advancements in exercise physiology and

exercise science, while fostering academic exchange and professional networking among researchers and practitioners worldwide.

1. Conference Information

• - Date: April 9 (Thu.) – April 11 (Sat.), 2026
• - Venue: Yeosu Sono Calm (111 Odongdo-ro, Hallyeo-dong, Yeosu-si, Jeollanam-do, South Korea)
• - Host Institutions:

Sunchon National University (SCNU)

Gyeongsang National University (GNU)

Inha University (IU)

• - Organizer / Supervisor: Korean Society of Exercise Physiology (KSEP)
• - Sponsors: National Research Foundation of Korea, VALD, Moty, Yeosu City Hall, Jeonnam MICE

Distinguished scholars from China, Japan, Taiwan, and the United States will participate in oral and poster presentations.
An evening banquet will be held on April 9 to encourage collegial interaction among attendees.

2. Registration Information

All participants are required to complete online registration and payment to attend the conference.

Registration is confirmed only after payment has been completed.

3. Registration Fees

Registration fees vary by participant category and registration period (Early I–III / On-site).
Detailed fee tables are available on the official KSEP website.

Refund Policy
Registration fee refunds are available only during the refund period, from February 28 to March 31, 2026.

4. Poster / Oral Abstract Submission

Both application and abstract submission must be completed by the deadline.

5. Call for Participants

- Round Tables & Luncheon

The 2026 KSEP Annual Meeting will host Round Table discussions and a Luncheon session designed to support the next generation of exercise science scholars.

• - Eligibility: Registered participants
• - Date & Time: April 9 (Thu.), 2026 | 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM
• - Venue: Sapphire I, Sono Calm Yeosu
• - Application Deadline: February 28 (Fri.), 2026 | by 18:00 (KST)
• - How to Apply: Google Form (limited to 40 participants)
• - Each professor may recommend one participant
  (graduate student or postdoctoral researcher)
• - Individual participation by professors and students is also permitted
