월드컵 1주년 기념 국제 심포지움 안내

모시는 말씀 선생님의 건승하심을 기원합니다. 지구촌을 흥분과 감동, 열광과 환희의 도가니로 몰아넣었던 2002FIFA월드컵 대회가 벌써 1주년을 맞이하게 되었습니다. 우리 조직위원회는 한국개발연구원, 한국스포츠사회학회와 함께 월드컵 개최 1주년을 맞이하여 국내․외 저명인사를 모시고 월드컵 성공적 개최의 의의와 성과를 재조명하고, 그에 따른 시너지 효과를 극대화할 수 있는 방안을 모색하기 위하여 『2002FIFA월드컵 대회의 의의와 성과』를 주제로 한 국제학술심포지움을 개최하고자 합니다. 바쁘시더라도 참석하셔서 자리를 빛내주시고 좋은 고견을 나눠주시기 바랍니다. 2003년 5월 23일 2002년월드컵축구대회조직위원회 위원장 Invitation In celebrating the first anniversary of 2002 FIFA World Cup, the Organizing Committee for the 2002 FIFA World Cup-Korea/Japan is hosting, the "International Symposium on the First Commemorative 2002 FIFA World Cup Korea/Japan" on June 9, 2003 supported by the Korea Development Institute (KDI) and the Korean Society for the Sociology of Sport (KSSS). Last June Korea caught the world's attention co-hosting the World Cup with Japan. A year has past since this landmark event and the time has come for us to assess how the 2002 FIFA World Cup has impacted the country's economy, culture, society and people, in order to identify a way to leverage the synergy we have reaped from this momentous event. This international event holds a special venue for opinion leaders to discuss the effects of 2002 World Cup on Korea as well as surrounding countries.
